Insurance & Payment

Heart & Vine Counseling is currently an out-of-network provider. Sessions are private pay. A Superbill can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
