I provide individual counseling for children and teens (ages 10+) and adults, with a special focus on anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity, and faith. My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Positive Psychology — with optional Christian faith integration for clients who want it.

I am currently in-network with Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and am in the process of credentialing with Medicaid, UHC/UMR, Aetna, Cigna, and Optum. Self-pay rates are $200 for the initial intake session and $150 for ongoing sessions. Sliding-scale spots may be available — please ask.
